I am Julián Martínez.

Born in Wuhan, China and raised in Scarborough, Penn's experience as a immigrant and transgender man shapes his work as a filmmaker and his eye as a cinematographer. His influences, Japanese experimental, the French New Wave and contemporary American thrillers, as well as his practice as a camera technician, allows him to bring something fresh to every project. He is currently in his final year at Sheridan College in the Bachelor of Film and Television program.
